03. Consulting & Booking Protocols
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeiture of session fees or a standard administrative charge.
Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online video consultations. NutriHelp is not liable for service interruptions caused by client-side technical limitations.
04. Proprietary Rights
All customized nutritional blueprints, metabolic assessments, and educational resources provided during your consultation remain the intellectual property of NutriHelp.
Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for individual wellness purposes. Commercial redistribution, publication, or unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited under Swiss Intellectual Property Law.
